So wow, it’s been a really long time since my last post. Let’s see we’re pretty much done with the wedding plans. All that we have left to do is order favors!! It’s been a fun, overwhelming, exciting process. Will Wilson has been the absolute best. He has been so easy going with everything. I’m so blessed to have such an amazing man who is so patient with me. I also have to give credit to my VERY organized mother has been more than helpful with this. She has always been there with advice and ideas and I very much appreciate all of it.

If you’re reading this blog, whoever you are, you may not know how Will and I got engaged. Allow me to fill you in. A few weeks before Thanksgiving Will called me and asked if I’d like to go to Bridgestreet the Saturday after Thanksgiving just to get away for a bit and take a break from the fun family festivities. I of course said yes!! As it got closer to time we decided we would stop in Mooresville on the way home. If you’ve never been there, YOU MUST! It’s one of my favorite places to go. It looks like something out of a movie
In the last week things have slowed down a bit. The big thing that needs to be done now is the guest list. I thought man this will be a breeze. I was wrong. SO wrong! No one ever told me that this would be the hardest part of it all! I want everyone to be there but when you have a limit that makes it very hard. I sat down with my parents to go over our side of the guest list. I felt like I was in a scene from Father of the Bride.
“Therefore, we are not getting up from this table until we cut this list down to the bare minimum.
I have exactly 128 days until I become Mrs. William Wilson! Just the thought brings butterflies to my stomach! Right now my life consists of what kinds of flowers to use for bouquets, guest lists, spending time at the gym, apartment hunting…and the list goes on. It’s a whirlwind, and I love it! I’m trying to enjoy every minute of it. Will has been a wonderful encourager throughout the whole process. Thankfully we have the same taste so the decisions haven’t been too hard to make.
